Our creatively crafted, chef-inspired Alexia Seasoned Waffle Cut Fries are lightly seasoned with a flawless blend of sea salt, pepper, onion and garlic to create a distinctive taste unlike anything you'll find in your usual fry. Made with only high quality, non-GMO ingredients. Our potatoes and appetizers are par-fried before freezing, which means they are already partially prepared and only need to be cooked before eating. Simply heat oven to 425°F and bake 18-21 minutes for a half bag and 28-33 minutes for a full bag. Each order includes one 20 oz. bag of Alexia Seasoned Waffle Cut Fries.

Ingredients

SWEET POTATOES, VEGETABLE OIL (CONTAINS ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING: HIGH OLEIC CANOLA, CANOLA, SUNFLOWER), RICE FLOUR, CANE SUGAR, TAPIOCA STARCH, CORN STARCH, TAPIOCA DEXTRIN, SEA SALT, GARLIC POWDER, ONION POWDER, CHILI PEPPER, RED PEPPER, DRIED YEAST, BLACK PEPPER, CUMIN, XANTHAN GUM, GLUCONIC ACID.

Directions

Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Spread frozen potatoes evenly across an 11inch x 17 inch lined baking sheet. 3. Bake according to the chart below; turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Full Bag: 25-30 minutes. Half Bag: 15-18 minutes. Air fryer: 1. Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F. 2. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. 3. Cook half bag for 12-14 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. For food safety and quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as Needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature Needs to reach 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) as measured by a food thermometer in Several spots. Read and follow these cooking directions.
