First, blend together a small amount of cold water and Argo Corn Starch until smooth. Then, gradually swirl the mixture into the heated liquid until well combined. Bring to a boil, stirring continually; cook for one minute.
Use half as much corn starch to thicken recipes calling for flour, such as gravies, sauces, and soups.
The thickening power of Argo Corn Starch is double that of flour.
