ISRAELI COUSCOUS [WHEAT FLOUR (CONTAINS GLUTEN)], MALTODEXTRIN, DEHYDRATED GARLIC, ONION AND BELL PEPPER, SEA SALT, SPICES, HYDROLYZED CORN AND SOY PROTEIN, YEAST EXTRACT, DEXTROSE AND NATURAL FLAVOR.
1) In a 1 quart saucepan bring 1-1/4 cups of water and 1 tbsp of olive oil to a boil. 2) Stir in entire contents of package. 3) Cover and reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes, or until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. 4) Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.
