Purely Elizabeth Superfood Oatmeal Cups with no sugar added are the perfect easy breakfast, snack, or dessert, at home or on the go. Enjoy it as warm instant oatmeal or overnight oatmeal. To cook our gluten free oatmeal, you can either microwave it or add hot water.
Microwave instructions: add water to the fill line inside cup. Microwave on high for 60-75 seconds and stir well.
Hot water method: add boiling water or milk to fill line and stir well. Let it steep covered for 4-5 minutes.
Overnight oatmeal: add milk of choice to the fill line. Add your favorite toppings and flavors, stir and cover, and then chill for at least 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
