SUGAR, ENRICHED BLEACHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), COCOA PROCESSED WITH ALKALI, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF: NONFAT DRY MILK, CANOLA OIL, CORN STARCH, SALT, BAKING SODA, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR.

Directions

All You Need: 2/3 cup oil; 1/4 cup water; 2 eggs. Substitutions: Egg: 3 egg whites or use 1/2 cup egg substitute for the eggs. Baking Instructions: (1) Set oven to 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan. For dark-coated pan, set oven to 325 degrees F. Coat bottom of pan with non-stick cooking spray. (2) Beat water, oil and egg in a medium bowl until fully blended. Add brownie mix and stir blended, about 50 strokes. Spread into pan. (3) Bake at 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan and 325 degrees F for dark coated pan. Bake as directed in chart below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from sife of pan comes out almost clean. Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store loosely covered. Pan Size: 13 x 9-inch thick; 28 to 31 min. bake time. Pan Size: 9 x 9-inch thicker; 30 to 35 min. bake time. Pan Size: 8 x 8-inch thickest; 45 to 50 min. bake time. Double Batch: Coat bottom of 15x10-inch pan. Combine 2 packages brownie mix, 1 1/3 cups oil, 1/2 cup water and 4 eggs; mix as directed above. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 37 minutes. Warning: Do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying. Directions developed using conventional ovens.
