Best Uses: Perfect for roasting and baking. Chef's Tip! You can spray Pam Non-GMO Coconut Oil directly on food prior to cooking to help lock in flavor and texture. Directions: 1. Important! Point nozzle towards red mark on can. 2. Shake can well. 3. Spray can upright about 6 inches from unheated cook/bakeware. Tip: If can does not dispense properly or clogs, hold under warm running water for 10-15 seconds. Repeat as needed.
