Ingredients

Water, Coconut Cream (Extracted Coconut, Water), Onion, Potato, Lemongrass Puree, Sunflower and/or Safflower Oil, Tomato Paste (Fresh Vine-Ripened Tomatoes), Cane Sugar, Spices (Including Turmeric), Ginger, Sea Salt, Serrano Chili, Rice and/or Tapioca Starch, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Brown Mustard Seed, Curry Leaves.

Directions

Saute 1-1.5 lb cubed protein (or vegetable) of your choice in a little oil until lightly browned. Simmer with contents of this container until cooked through (10-15 minutes). Serve with steamed rice, flatbread or pasta. Feeds 4.

Create flavor-rich curries with chicken, mixed vegetables, or tofu. Great with seafood and noodles.

Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days. Separation is natural.
