Ingredients

CORN FLOUR (PRECOOKED CORN MEAL, IRON, NIACIN, THIAMIN, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), WATER, MOZZARELLA CHEESE (PASTEURIZED MILK, SALT & RENNET), SWEET CUT CORN, SUGAR, SALT. LESS THAN 1% POTASSIUM SORBATE.

Directions

Heating Instructions: Conventional Oven: Defrost cheese arepas. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Place a single layer of arepas on a tray & bake 2-3 minutes. Until they're warm golden brown and cheese melts. Skillet or Pan: Defrost cheese arepas place them on a non-stick pan, skillet or grill. Set the heat to medium high 375 degrees. Cook 4-5 min turn over and cook until warm & golden brown. For Best Results: Arepas should be defrosted before cooking. A microwave oven can be used to thaw or thaw under refrigeration 4-6 hours.

Keep frozen.
