To each pound of meat, fish or poultry use 1-2 tsp seasoning, rub in well and leave to marinate for about 2 hours before cooking. (Extra salt can be added to satisfy taste). Seasoning can be used to perk up flavor and taste of soups, sauces, vegetables and scrambled eggs. Blend with cream cheese or mayonnaise and use as a dip for savory finger foods.
