Preparation Directions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Conventional Oven: 1. Arrange frozen hash browns on medium baking sheet in a single layer. 2. Bake in a preheated 425 degrees F oven 19-21 minutes* or until light golden color. 3. Season to taste. * Appliances vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Stovetop: 1. In large skillet over medium heat, heat 3-6 tablespoons of cooking oil. 2. Carefully add frozen hash browns in a single layer. 3. Cover; cook 5-8 minutes. Remove cover, turn hash browns over, cook until a light golden color 4. Season to taste. Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods may cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully. For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
Tip: For lower fat version use cooking spray in place of oil.
