A sweet and savory bowl inspired by dried fruits and smokey turmeric rice used in dishes like Mandi. This warm, vibrant dish is made with 3 Afia Traditional Falafel on a bed of smoked turmeric rice with chickpeas, fire roasted corn, kale, sweet potatoes, raisons, cranberries, pumpkin seeds and a lemon vinaigrette dressing.
The tile-patterned bowl is designed to be rinsed and reused, after which it is recyclable and compostable.

How to prepare. Microwave: Remove tamperband seal. Heat container with the lid on. Microwave on high for 3.5 to 4.5 minutes, and mix. For added crunch remove frozen falafel from container and place falafel in air fryer at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until crispy. Chef's Tip: after cooking, crumble falafel, mix and enjoy! Caution: Container will be hot.
