Made from pulverized wheat, Cream of Wheat® Original Enriched Farina has a silky texture and is a great source of calcium and iron. The traditional cook-on-stove product is made by slowly adding ground wheat while stirring into hot water or milk. When the ground wheat is combined, allow it to simmer for 2 1/2 minutes while stirring. To prepare this product more quickly and easily, a microwave can alternatively be used.
