Ben & Jerry's Flavour Gurus first started experimenting with Colbert's unique vision of ice cream perfection in the fall of 2006. Test batches were so happy that news of the covert partnership circulated fast. When Colbert asked Ben and Jerry to accompany him in revealing the partnership on an episode of The Colbert Report, the rumour turned into a reality.
