The Xlear Sinus Care nasal spray is a combination of Xylitol and saline that soothes and moisturizes the sinus and nasal passages. The patented solution contains xylitol, purified water, salt, and grapefruit seed extract. Our xylitol and saline solution is hyper-osmotic, which draws moisture and keeps the nasal passages and sinuses more moist and clean than saline alone. Xylitol is the ingredient that sets our nasal spray apart from all of the other nasal sprays. The addition of xylitol helps to ensure that beyond just cleansing, our nasal spray is also moisturizing and protective to the delicate tissues.

PURIFIED WATER, XYLITOL, USP SODIUM CHLORIDE, GRAPEFRUIT SEED EXTRACT

Directions

Directions: The metered nasal pump sprayer provides a precise

amount of soothing spray in a fine mist. Clear the nasal passageway

by gently blowing your nose before using. Prior to initial use, remove

safety cap, prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping one or

more times until the solution is dispensed. Insert nozzle into nostril

and depress pump completely while breathing in through your nose.

Spray 2-4 times in each nostril. When nose is completely blocked, lie

down for a few minutes after spraying. Clean nozzle after use and

replace safety cap.
