The Wilton Red Cookie Icing is quick-setting and microwavable, perfect for decorating sugar cookies or any other roll-out type of cookie. It's so easy to use, just heat and squeeze using the convenient cap and let your creativity run wild.
SUGAR, WATER, CORN SYRUP, PALM OIL, 2% OR LESS OF: TITANIUM DIOXIDE (COLOR), GLYCERIN, SOY LECITHIN, AGAR GUM, YELLOW 6, RED 40, CITRIC ACID, ACETYLATED MONOGLYCERIDES, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, LOCUST BEAN GUM, BLUE 1, POTASSIUM SORBATE AND SODIUM BENZOATE (PRESERVATIVES).
Icing dries smooth. Easy to use: 1. Remove cap and aluminum seal. Microwave at full power for 15-20 seconds. Remove and carefully knead bottle. Return to microwave in 5 to 10-second intervals, kneading bottle each time until icing is soft and pourable. Use care when removing from microwave as bottle may be hot. 2. Replace cap; squeeze icing onto cookies. Let set 5 minutes before adding decorations, 30-45 minutes before piping additional icing designs on top. Covers about 16 3-inch cookies.
