In a small bowl, mix together 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise, 1-1/2 tbsp. ketchup and 6 drops Worcestershire sauce. Add drained can of salad cut hearts of palm and gently toss. Season with freshly ground Alessi Sea Salt and Alessi Black Peppercorns and serve over a bed of salad greens.
Refrigerate after opening.
