Two ways to make a delicious smoothie! No fuss, no waste! Shake or Stir: 1. Add 1 cup of cubes and ½ cup of liquid to cup (shaker cup recommended). 2. Let sit for 20-30 min at room temperature. Tip: Leave overnight in the fridge if preferred. 3. Shake or stir & enjoy. Add additional liquid, if desired. Blend: 1. Toss 1 cup of cubes into blender. 2. Add 3/4 cup of liquid of choice. 3. Blend for 20-30 seconds & enjoy.

Keep frozen.
