DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA, DURUM WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, FERROUS SULFATE (IRON), THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID

Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Select number of servings. 2 Serving: 1/4 Box pasta; 1 qt. Water; 1 tsp Salt. 4 Serving: 1/2 Box pasta; 2 qt. Water; 2 tsp Salt. 8 serving: Full box pasta; 4 qt. Water; 1 tbsp Salt. Step 2: Pick Your Firmness: 8 Minutes - Al dente; 9 Minutes - Firm; 10 Minutes - Tender. Step 3: Cooking Directions: 1. Bring water to a rapid boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt (optional). 2. Add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil. 3. Cook uncovered 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Immediately drain in colander. Serve as desired.

Storage: To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil, cover, and refrigerate.
