Cooking Instructions: Step 1 Select number of servings: Servings: 2; Pasta: ¼ box; Water: 1 qt; Salt; 1 tsp. Servings: 4; Pasta: ½ box; Water 2 qts; Salt: 2 tsps. Servings: 8; Pasta: 1 box; Water: 4 qts; Salt: 1 tbsp. Step 2 Pick your preferred firmness: 11 Minutes: al dente; 12 Minutes: firm; 13 Minutes: tender. Step 3 Cooking directions: (1) Bring water to a rapid boil. Add salt for flavor (optional). (2) Add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil. (3) Cook uncovered 11-13 minutes, stirring occasionally. (4) Immediately drain in colander. Serve as desired.
Storage: To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil, cover, and refrigerate.
