DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA, DURUM WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, FERROUS SULFATE (IRON), THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID

Cooking instructions. Step 1 Select number of servings. Servings: 2: 1/4 box pasta, 1 qt water, 1 tsp salt. Serving 4: 1/2 box pasta, 2 qt water, 2 tsps salt. Servings: 8: 1 box pasta, 4 qts water, 1 tbsp salt. Step 2: Pick your preferred firmness. 8 minutes al dente. 9 minutes firm. 10 minutes tender. Step 3: Cooking Directions: 1. Bring water to a rapid boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt (optional). 2. Add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil. 3. Cook uncovered 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Immediately drain in colander, Serve as desired.

Storage: To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil, cover, and refrigerate.
