SEMOLINA (WHEAT), DURUM FLOUR (WHEAT), DRIED CARROT, DRIED TOMATO, DRIED SPINACH, NIACIN, FERROUS SULFATE (IRON), THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID
Boil: 1. Bring water to a rapid boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt.
2. Add pasta and stir; return to a rapid boil.
3. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally.
4. Drain well. Serve as desired.
For 2 servings, combine 1/3 box of pasta, 2 qt. water, and 1 tsp. salt.
For 3 servings, combine 1/2 box of pasta, 3 qt. water, and 2 tsp. salt.
For 6 servings, combine full box of pasta, 5 qt. water, and 1 tbsp. salt.
For al dente pasta, cook 9 minutes.
For firm pasta, cook 10 minutes.
For tender pasta, cook 11 minutes.
One serving of vegetables (Vegetable solids from dried vegetables) per 4 oz. portion.
