Simply Perfect Pasta: Step 1: Select Number of Servings: Servings: 2; Pasta: 1/4 box; Water: 1 qt.; Salt: 1 tsp. Servings: 4; Pasta: 1/2 box; Water: 2 qt.; Salt: 2 tsps. Servings: 8; Pasta: 1 box; Water: 4 qts.; Salt: 1 tbsp. Step 2: Pick Your Time/Firmness: 3 minutes (al dente), 4 minutes (firm), 5 minutes (tender). Step 3: Cooking Directions: 1. Bring water to a rapid boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt (optional). 2. Add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil. 3. Cook uncovered 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4.Immediately drain in colander. Serve as desired.
