Cooking Instructions: Step 1 select number of servings: servings:2; 1/4 box pasta; 1 qt water; 1 tsp salt, servings:4; 1/2 box pasta; 2 qt water; 2 tbsp salt, servings:8; 1 box pasta; 4 qt water; 1 tbsp salt. Step 2: Pick your preferred firmness: 9 minutes al dente, 10 minutes firm, 11 minutes tender. Step 3: Cooking Directions: 1. Bring water to a rapid boil. Add salt for flavor (optional). 2. Add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil. 3. Cook uncovered, 9-11 minutes stirring occasionally. 4. Immediately drain in colander. Serve as directed.
Storage: To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil, cover, and refrigerate.
