Crafted in Israel using a traditional recipe, RolandĀ® Tri-color Israeli Couscous is made of wheat flour then colored with paprika and spinach powder and roasted in an oven. Our Tri-Color Israeli Couscous retains its shape and delectably chewy texture when cooked. Use 1 ¼ cups of water for the first cup of couscous, 1 additional cup of water to each additional cup of couscous. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add couscous, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally, salt to taste.
