Crafted in Israel using a traditional recipe, RolandĀ® Israeli Couscous is made of wheat flour then roasted in an oven. Our Israeli Couscous retains its shape and delectably chewy texture when cooked. With its mild flavor and creamy white color, RolandĀ® Israeli Couscous is excellent as a side dish, a base for grain bowls and salads, or added to soups and stews.
Wheat Flour.
Use 1 ¼ cups of water for the first cup of couscous, 1 additional cup of water to each additional cup of couscous. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add couscous, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally, salt to taste.
