WHEAT FLOUR, SPINACH POWDER, PAPRIKA OLEORESIN

Directions

Boil: Cooking Tri-Color Pearl Couscous

1-1/2 cups water

1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

1 tsp. butter or olive oil (optional)

1 cup pearl couscous

Bring water to a boil. Add salt and butter or olive oil, if desired. Stir in pearl couscous. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Yields approximately 2 cups.
