Ingredients

SEMOLA (WHEAT), DURUM FLOUR (WHEAT), NIACIN, FERROUS SULFATE (IRON), THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID.

Directions

Boil: Cooking Orzo

2 qts. water

1 cup orzo

1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Bring water to a boil. Add salt, if desired. Stir in orzo. Return to a boil. Cook uncovered 8-10 minutes. Drain and serve.

Yields approximately 3 cups.
