Reser's hash browns turn an ordinary breakfast into something special. These freshly shredded potatoes have a traditional shred size making them an easy start to a wide variety of dishes.

Ingredients

Shredded Potatoes, Dextrose, Potassium Sorbate to Protect Flavor, Disodium Pyrophosphate to Maintain Color.

Pan Fry: Cooking Instructions

Stove Top

1. Turn gas stove burner to high heat. Using a small alminum pan (8–12 inch diameter) ensure pan has preheated at high, then melt 1 Tbsp. butter in pan.

2. Remove 1 cup of potatoes from package and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan. Let cook on high for 1 minute. Flip.

3. Turn burner to low/simmer, and cook for two minutes until a light golden color is achieved.

4. Turn off stove and serve potatoes.

Keep refrigerated at all times. After opening, store in a sealed container.

For best quality use within 3 days of opening.
