FILLING (RICOTTA (WHEY, MILK, CREAM, VINEGAR), SEASONING (WATER, SUNFLOWER OIL, POTATO STARCH, CASEIN, SALT), BREAD CRUMBS (WHEAT FLOUR, YEAST, SALT), MOZZARELLA CHEESE (PASTEURIZED CULTURED MILK, SALT, ENZYMES), ROMANO CHEESE MADE FROM COW'S MILK (PASTEURIZED CULTURED MILK, SALT, ENZYMES), MASCARPONE CHEESE (PASTEURIZED MILK, CREAM, CITRIC ACID), DEHYDRATED POTATOES, NATURAL FLAVORS, CHICORY ROOT FIBER, VEGETABLE FIBER, FONTINA CHEESE (PASTEURIZED CULTURED PART-SKIMMED MILK, SEA SALT, ENZYMES), CORNSTARCH, 2% OR LESS OF SALT, AUTOLYZED YEAST EXTRACT).

How to Cook: Follow cooking instructions to ensure product reaches temperature of 160 degrees F. 1: Boil 4 quarts of water. Reduce heat to a gentle boil. Add a pinch of salt. 2: Add pasta; do not separate uncooked pasta if it sticks together. It will naturally separate while cooking. 3: Cook 3 minutes*, and drain. If you like a softer bite, add 1 minute. Add 1 min for a softer bite. * If frozen, do not thaw; cook additional 1 minute.

5 Cheese goes well with: fresh vegetables & your favorite dressing, as a pasta salad; olive oil, sausage & broccoli; bacon bits, chives & sour cream. Enjoy!
