Cooking Instructions: Cups: 1/4 cup; Water (Low fat milk*): 1 cup; Sugar*: 2 tsp; Salt*: a pinch; Creamy Wheat: 1/4 cup. * Optional. Stove Top: In a medium saucepan, boil milk with sugar and salt. Add the Creamy Wheat Farina and, stirring constantly, cook for 2 minutes or until desired consistency. Microwave*: Combine water or milk, salt, sugar, and Creamy Wheat Farina in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 minutes; Stir before serving. * Cooking time may vary due to different types of microwave ovens. *Please adjust water or milk for desired consistency.
