Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Place one-half of the lima beans in 3/4 cup boiling water; bring to a second boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10-12 minutes or until desired tenderness; drain; season to taste. Microwave: Place one-half of the lima beans and 1/2 cup water in a covered microwave-safe dish; microwave on high 5 minutes. Stir and microwave 8-9 minutes more or until desired tenderness; let stand covered for 2 minutes before serving. Drain; season to taste. Microwave vary; adjust time as needed. For Food Safety and Quality Follow the Cooking Instructions: Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Refrigerate leftovers. Keep frozen. If thawed, do not refreeze.
