Microwave: Place gumbo mix and 1 (14.5-oz) can stewed tomatoes in a covered microwave-safe dish; microwave on high 9-11 minutes, stirring once or until desired tenderness; let stand covered for 2 minutes before serving; drain, if desired; season to taste.
