Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Cooking Instructions: (Cook from frozen. For best results, prepare in frying pan. Not recommended for microwave preparation.) Stove Top: In frying pan, heat 2 tbsp. oil over Medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 5-6 minutes per side. Drain on paper toweling before serving. Barbecue: Preheat barbecue to Medium-high. Brush grill bars lightly with vegetable oil and grill steaks for 12 to 16 min. Turn frequently. Conventional Oven: Preheat over to 375 degrees F. (180 degrees C.) Place the steaks on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 min., turning once halfway through cooking time. Cook to internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Individual oven times vary; these are guidelines only.
