Bacon Cooking Instructions: BBQ: Preheat grill to medium. Lay bacon strips perpendicular to the grate and close cover. After 3-4 minutes, flip bacon and close cover for another 3-4 minutes. Stovetop: Place bacon in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Cook for approximately 4 minutes per side, or to desired crispiness. Oven: Arrange bacon in single layer in shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F for 14 to 17 minutes or until browned and crisp. Microwave: Arrange slices in single layer between paper towels in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on High for the following approximate times: 2 slices 2 - 2-1/2 minutes; 4 slices 4 - 4-1/2 minutes; 6 slices 5 - 6 minutes. Note: All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.
