Directions: In a medium pot, bring water and salt to a boil. Add gluten-free oats. Reduce heat to low, cover with tilted lid and simmer until desired tenderness, 5-8 minutes. Enjoy! Servings - 1 Serving: 1/3 cup oats; 3/4 cup water; pinch salt. Servings - 2 servings: 2/3 cup oats; 1 1/2 cups water; pinch salt. Servings - 3 servings; 1 cup oats; 2 1/2 cups water; 1/4 tsp salt.
