Directions: You Will Need: 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1/2 cup water, 1 medium bell pepper and 1 small onion (thinly sliced) 1. Cut chicken into thin strips. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink. 2. Stir in water and seasoning mix; add bell pepper and onion. 3. Cook uncovered over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Refrigerate leftovers.
