Extra strength (as compared to isotonic solutions). Sinus. Allergy. Cold. Safe to use during pregnancy. Cleanse. Moisturize. Soothe. Helps relieve nasal passages from: Nasal allergies, dryness, post nasal drip, congestion, stuffiness from common cold and flu, irritation from occupational dust, fumes, animal dander, grass, pollen, smoke and house dust. Advantages & disadvantages of hypertonic or extra strength saline: Some research shows that hypertonic (2.7%) or more concentrated solution may help reduce sinus congestion better than isotonic (0.9%) solution. Some consider extra strength saline as a natural decongestant. Hypertonic or higher concentrated salt solution is formulated to draw the water out of congested tissue and reduce swelling to open up the nasal passages and sinus openings to allow for better drainage. It is possible that one may experience temporary burning or stinging, in which case, please use our isotonic spray. All natural sterile. Hypertonic saline 2.7%. Cleanse, moisturize and soothe with our sterile, preservative free, pH balanced & buffered solution. Recycle. Contains no CFCs which deplete the ozone layer.
USP GRADE PURIFIED WATER, SODIUM CHLORIDE (27 MG/ML) & SODIUM BICARBONATE (UP TO 3 MG/ML) TO ADJUST PH.
