Easy Steps for Perfect Pasta: Cooking Time 8-9 minutes. 1. Boil water 1/2 box - 3 qt. Full box - 4 qt. Salt to taste. 2. Add pasta and re-boil. 3. Cook uncovered. Stir occasionally for 8-9 minutes. 4. Drain.
