Monte's Pasta is made from 100% Organic Durum Wheat and Semolina Only. Our custom Rotoloni shape can't be found on other American grocery shelves. Proudly prepared and produced in the USA, the pasta is slow dried, bronze die extruded, and non GMO. Extruded through bronze dies, our Rotoloni pasta leaves a rough surface to better soak up sauce.
