WATER, ONION, COCONUT CREAM (EXTRACTED COCONUT, WATER), TOMATO PASTE (FRESH VINE-RIPENED TOMATOUS), SAFFLOWER OIL, SPICES (INCLUDING PAPRIKA, TURMERIC), GARLIC, GINGER, ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, SEA SALT, TAMARIND FRUIT, ORGANIC TAPIOCA STARCH SERRANO CHILI, BROWN MUSTARD SEEDS, CANE SUGAR, LEMON JUICE CONCENTRATE, CURRY LEAVES.

Directions

Saute: Saute: 1-1.5 lb cubed protein (or vegetable) of your choice in a little oil until lightly browned. Simmer: Simmer with contents of this container until cooked through (0-15 minutes). Served with steamed rice, flatbread or pasta. Feeds 4.
