Instructions to Prepare Masa: In a bowl, combine Maseca Antojitos corn masa flour with water. Mix thoroughly for 2 minutes until you form a soft dough. If dough feels dry, add teaspoons of water (one by one). Keep masa in a container with lid or cover with a plastic bag. Refrigerate, if not used immediately. If masa dehydrated, add small amounts of water to recover softness.
