ORGANIC DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA.

Directions

Use 4 quarts of water for each pound of pasta. Bring water to a boil and add salt, if desired. Add pasta and stir well. Cook until desired tenderness is attained (the cooking time varies from 7 to 12 minutes after coming to a boil, depending on the cut of pasta selected). Cooking Time: 8 min. Slowly dried at low temperatures with traditional method.
