Our Mantova Organic Fettucine Pasta is made from organic durum wheat flour, harvested and processed from the sunny, fertile soil of Apulia in Southern Italyāa region renowned for producing nutrient rich, flavorful grains.
Our durum wheat pasta is properly prepared and dried, which creates a consistent golden color that turns lighter when cooked. Durum wheat has a higher content of protein than whole wheat. The result is rich texture, beautiful flavor, and a satisfied appetite.
Cooking: Use 4 quarts of water for each pound of pasta. Bring water to a boil and add salt, if desired. Add pasta and stir well. Before draining the pasta, taste to assure that it is cooked to your liking (the cooking time varies from 8 to 10 minutes in boiling water, depending on the cut of pasta selected). Cooking Time: 8 min.
