DURUM FLOUR (WHEAT), EGG YOLKS OR EGGS, NIACIN, IRON (FERROUS SULFATE), THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID.

Directions

Cooking Directions for Noodles: Bring 5 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add salt, if desired. Empty noodles into boiling water. Cook 5 to 6 minutes ncovered, until desired tenderness is reached. Stir frequently. Drain and serve. Noodles used in soups or casseroles should not be boiled for more than 4 minutes.
