DURUM FLOUR (WHEAT), EGG YOLKS OR EGGS, NIACIN (VITAMIN B3), IRON (FERROUS SULFATE), THIAMIN MONONITRATE (VITAMIN B1), RIBOFLAVIN (VITAMIN B2) AND FOLIC ACID (VITAMIN B9).

Directions

Cooking Directions for Noodles: Bring 5 quarts water to a boil. Add salt, if desired. Empty contents of package into boiling water. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 4 to 7 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached. Drain and serve. Noodles used in soups or casseroles should not be boiled more than 4 minutes.
