Conventional Oven: (Preferred method) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake in foil pan for 25-28 minutes (add 10 minutes if frozen) or until center reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove from oven and set aside for 5 minutes. Microwave Oven: Cut into serving portions and place one serving on a microwav safe dish. Heat on high for 2 minutes or until center of the quiche reaches 165 degrees F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cooking Instruction: Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to cook (may freeze before "best by" date for up to one year from date of manufacture). Remove quiche from carton and plastic wrapping prior to cooking.
