WATER, SUGAR, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, CARAMEL COLOR, VANILLIN, ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR.

Tips from La Flor:

Honey butter: Blend 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup La Flor honey, 1/4 tsp. La Flor ground cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. La Flor imitation vanilla extract. Use on waffles, toast, pancakes, French toast or biscuits.

Applesauce delight: Heat 15-oz. jar applesauce, add 1/2 tsp. La Flor allspice, 3/4 tsp. La Flor imitation vanilla extract and 3 Tbsp. each of walnuts and raisins. Serve warm.

Iced coffee: Put ice in glass. Fill with fresh brewed coffee. Add 1 tsp. La Flor imitation vanilla extract. Add cream and sugar if desired.
