Cooking Instructions: To Bake: For cooking large quantities of bacon, place rack in shallow baking pan and arrange slices with overlapping edges on rack. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees F for about 15 minutes. Turning is unnecessary. To Fry: Place desired number of bacon slices in unheated frying pan. Cook slowly over heat, turning slices frequently. Remove when crisp, and immediately drain bacon on paper towel. To Microwave: Place a paper towel in bottom of a 2-quart baking dish. Separate 6 slices or bacon and lay flat in the dish. Cover the paper towel. Microwave 5-7 minutes or until done.
