100% WHOLE GRAIN ROLLED OATS, CANE SUGAR, PEA PROTEIN CONCENTRATE WITH TAPIOCA STARCH, APPLES, MILK PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE WITH SUNFLOWER LECITHIN, APPLE POWDER (APPLES, RICE FLOUR), MILK PROTEIN ISOLATE, CINNAMON, SEA SALT, NATURAL FLAVOR.

Directions

Microwave Directions: 1. Remove sealed lid. 2. Add about 1/3 cup water or milk until oatmeal is covered. 3. Stir well and heat for 30-45 seconds. Steeping Directions: 1. Peel lid back halfway. 2. Add about 1/3 cup hot water or milk, stir, and cover for 2 minutes. Warn fresh oatmeal in seconds. Add water or milk until oatmeal is covered then stir well. Microwave 30-45 seconds. Caution! Cup and contents will be hot.
