Directions

Microwave Directions: (1) Remove neckband and cup. (2) Remove inner seal and replace cap. (3) Open flip top. (4) Place upright in microwave. Maximum heating time: Full bottle - 1 Minute 50 seconds; 3/4 bottle - 1 Minute 50 seconds; 1/2 bottle - 1 Minute; 1/4 bottle - 35 seconds; Less than 1/4 - do not microwave.
